Title: Recharge Issue (ViP 5 to VIP 6) [Print this page] Author: TiSa Time: 2014-7-31 19:52 Title: Recharge Issue (ViP 5 to VIP 6) Just recharged my account (TiSa) via iOS and upgraded from ViP 5 to ViP 6 and all the packages (such as free "slotted") that come with the upgrade are not available. Could you please look into this for me and update me accordingly? Please rectify the problem asap so I can enjoy my purchase. It really leaves a very bad impression/image of your company and I may decide to stop upgrading or recharging my account if you do not rectify the issue at the earliest.

I have yet to receive my 2X free legions. What's going on? All others have been received, but what is going on with the free legions? It's been days since my last recharge (to VIP 6) and it seems your co is not honouring your words at all. Please could you visit/see my feedback that I had posted via Facebook PM and contact me asap.
