With Polish not included in initiative you can get GJ with certain tricks as low as 3.4k Initiative. I got mine on init 3.9k without polish.
However, with new rules implemented tomorrow, this thing won't happen anymore. Rejoice, road to Guo Jia just become more harder tomorrow.

tricks to using swap equipment during inst battle....but the new patch/update making this trick cant use again....
so getting special hero/inst more difficult now.....so no money no hero....lololol....
