New event Server Down, VACATION MODE for ADMIN n Players

Note:

1. Players should reach Lv. 70 to join this event.

2. Everyone can join

Reward:

1. All lords will be able to claim weekend package 1500 gold , 2000k Iron,5000k Food,Lv1.GEM*32
