Ocher Flag, the 21th server of Clash of Three Kingdoms, will be launched at 14:00 on Oct.16th 2014*. This is a realm full of wonder. To survive, you need to lead an army. Start by building your own empire. When the time comes, fight for honor and occupy cities in the world map.

When is the server going on line? It's almost an hour late.

Looks like the gmt time and pst time are off. should be 11pm pst then.
