Title: Doing business
I run a manufacturing business and a trading business.
The biggest problem in my manufacturing business is not power or infrastructure, the biggest problem is finding honest staff. Everyone we hire seems eager to steal as much as possible. Inflated invoices that reflect less than the actual number of units produced. The worst thing is that all the fraud that we have uncovered is not committed by one person, usually many employees collude with each other, starting with production, ending with sales, finance and even top management. There was a year when I reviewed the management 3 times a year.........

But I, I found a solution, sha, now I use Indian management. So competent, so honest and so straightforward. At first I thought they were expensive with all the visa fees, accommodation, home staff, but now that losses due to staff theft have been minimized and efficiency has increased, the Indian leadership has turned out to be cheaper than the previous African leadership. Now all the delicate positions related to money are transferred to the Indians. Africans are allowed to occupy only non-sensitive positions. I used to criticize companies like Dangote Group that hire so many Indians when there are many unemployed Africans, but now I understand their decision.

My biggest problem in the trading business is the same - to find honest staff. The form of trading takes place on the open market and assumes that employees have access to huge amounts of money, reaching up to several million. I know how much I pay security companies to provide staff escorts, not to prevent a robbery, but so that employees go straight to the bank to deposit money after the day's sales, and not disappear with my money. This money spent on security companies is even enough to be declared a profit. We have to spend money on video surveillance, biometric scanners and other things that would not be needed if the staff were not looking for the slightest opportunity to steal.

At some point, things got so bad that my main criterion for hiring staff was no longer competence, but honesty. At least competence and skills can be learned, but once you are dishonest, you are dishonest.

We always complain about the economy and that there are no jobs. I know people abroad who would like to set up a job creation business in Africa, but they can't because they can't find a reliable person to run it.

I know people in Africa who have so much money that they want to open factories and other businesses that create jobs, but they can't because they are busy elsewhere and can't find a reliable person to run the business. Therefore, instead of investing in the real sector and creating jobs, they will simply buy treasury bills, while thieves shout that there are no jobs.

Many large enterprises would be born in Africa if we could enter into partnerships, but we can't because you can't trust anyone. This is one of the advantages of Indians and Lebanese over us in Africa. They can pool resources and engage in mega-business, unlike Africans, who, since only one person has to do everything, since we cannot cooperate, end up creating small, tiny enterprises.

Get a bird and they will steal your eggs. Some will even go kill chickens to be allowed to take them home.

Launch an entertainment/viewing/gaming center and they will pocket your money. On the days when you are in business, the money earned will be 10 times more than the money earned when you are not around..... Because they eat up your money.

Rent a car to the driver for use and watch him finish you off.

Open a restaurant, the same thing will happen. More than half of all food ingredients will end up in their personal kitchens.

Even in an ordinary grocery store, they will find a way to steal.

You will see them with this their evil, evil saying "at the place where they work, at the place where they work, at the place where they work, at making them work in the workshop/workshop"...... Just imagine justifying theft at work.

And you will see how these people point their crooked fingers at politicians when they are no different. I usually say that the reason most Africans haven't stolen billions of public money is simply a lack of opportunity.

it has always been interesting if people really make money on such things or is it a hoax

Look, this is, of course, your business, but if I were you, I would think a hundred times before starting a business in Africa. I understand that your whole family may be there and you don't want to leave there, but I think that if you want a competitive business, then you need to go from there either to Europe or to America. I saw how many of my friends failed with business on your continent, and it was regrettable for me. I'm not saying that you will fail; it's just my opinion that it's much more challenging to do everything there. If you still think about it, I can advise you to contact the guys from https://innovation-park.eu/ that will help you outweigh business abroad

What exactly is causing you problems? When I owned three online stores, the main problem for me was communicating with clients, as it took a lot of time and distracted me from other things, so I found detailed description of the outsourcing service on this site https://wow24-7.io/ and realized that this was something that could help me. I never regretted this decision because I realized how low-quality support I provided to my clients when I saw how these guys work. They are real specialists in dealing with my clients, who maintain my good reputation in this business.

I understand. Creating and managing your own business is not as easy as it might seem. When I started the first base for the company I own today, I thought it would be easy. I had the financial resources, and where to start, I couldn't see what could go wrong. People who want to open a business need to be well informed in this area not to lose any progress. Also, after some research, we learned that to create a business, you need to hold a business license to show that your activities are legal. Its costs are different depending on the city in which you start your business. For more information, I consult the platform licensecost.com.

Definitely, all existing businesses will go online sooner or later, and you need to adapt to that and understand where to start and what resources you need to get there. I did that with my project years ago, and I want to say the first thing you need is a decent cloud platform to go global sooner, click if you want to know how to work and a professional who can tell you which direction to go in.

In business, every point is important. You can't start a business just by having a business plan, because that's not enough. It has to be registered. There may be other problems that can be solved thanks to different companies. For example here, you can read about employment pass. This is also something that some people have to deal with.
