I've been thinking about giving it a go just as a kick start but dont want to pay out for it if its awful or juat doesnt work. I broke my ankle pretty badly in January an only just getting back on my feet. I'm eating heathly but as I haven't been able to exercise I've gained weight. I've now cut out all sugar an cut down on carbs an whilst I've lost a little I seem to have hit a brick wall now but again I think that's cause I can't do much exercise.
