Spraying polyurethane hard foam insulation layer: start the polyurethane spraying machine to evenly spray the polyurethane hard foam on the wall. Multi-layer spraying method: spraying along the top corner of the wall, spray 0.5mm of the bottom layer first, and then spray several times with a thickness of 20mm for each layer, so that polyurethane foam can form multi-layer foam, so that the building insulation effect can be better, and at the same time, the strength of polyurethane foam can be higher, without cracking and falling off. 6. Spraying polyurethane interface mortar: after finishing the polyurethane insulation layer and fully curing the polyurethane insulation layer for 24-48 hours, the construction process of polyurethane interface mortar should be carried out, and the polyurethane interface mortar should be uniformly sprayed on the surface of rigid foam polyurethane insulation layer with a spray bucket or roller brush. There should be don鈥檛 missed spraying or brushing for uniform coverage. The next process should be carried out 12 to 24 hours after the polyurethane interface mortar is sprayed. Note that polyurethane interface mortar can not be sprayed on rainy days. 7. Hanging Vertical line: about 100mm from the top of the floor and about 100mm from the bottom of the floor and about 100mm from the Yin or Yang angle corners of the wall, make the vertical ash cake as the reference ash cake according to the vertical control line, and then make the wall leveling layer thickness ash cake according to the line between the two vertical reference ash cakes, and paste the distance between each ash cake at about 1.5m intervals. The grey cake can be made of rubber powder polystyrene particle slurry, or waste polystyrene panel can be cut into 50mm 脳 50mm small pieces and pasted.
