Training Ammos are used to train fleets. After being trained, the attributes of fleets will be improved. You can exchange Arena Points for Training Ammos.

I'm using the gold and training ammos but the attribute show 2 in red and arrow down. is it the time 2 use diamond instead of gold?

Yes, dear commander. Using diamond from now on can increase your stats more effectively; or you can train your fleets for more times to refresh for a relatively good stat to save (it may require far more times than you use diamonds).
