Title: How is the support n game company for COTK ?

am new here... was just wonderin how good is the game support for this game ?

is the GM or support doin their job ?

do they fix bugs often of just let them grow a bugs life ?

just wanna hear out the players n vips who hav been playin...

Yeah bro, thats why they always create new server, because many new users will recharge and wanted to be the strongest ...

You know the Legendary Ejick from s1, he spent a lot, about 1 million gold ++

Be a legend before he quit. Because not challenging anymore, full epic, almost full gems..

And the server price in here 3 times more expensive than Chinese, Taiwan and Japanese Server.

$16 in chinese sever you got $1060 gold, here ? 320 gold..

hmmmm well... it is normal if i am a spender n i would like to start up on a newer server...

to gain more mileage tht is... wit the $$ i am goin to spend... better value for money...

n less stressful to chase those tht alrd hav been sittin on the top spot... get wat i mean...

well i am not sure how this game company function n how their support n service is like...

n yeah... after playin numerous games... u cant compare the prices wit chinese servers or the origin servers tht the game is from...

n if anyone knows where is this HEYSHELL.com from ? which company ?

First of all good game with potential to grow bigger better than now if they just concern about their users and their support.
Don't recharge as the Chinesse version recharging cheaper than the English version which is not fair and there are a lot users using the English version much more than the Chainesse version.

After all I'm thinking of quitting the game because it getting me no interest like before. Thank you.

yeah i know tht the chinese servers r much cheaper... many games online which u see

their english version is much more expansif than their chinese counterpart...

well sometimes it cant be help bcoz due to licensing n rights...

but however... the company should hav a good support n also think of ways to

gif out more to the players as a win win situation... or maybe gif a lil bit better events

so tht they can also be slightly competitive wit the chinese counterpart...

LOL... well bro... i dun think i ll recharge now as i dun even know if i am goin to play...

n wether goin to be king or god of some specific server... i think i ve lived pass it...

i ve been no.1 for countless games on countless server for the past 20+ years...

however nowadays... i luv playin wit frenz... regardless of if i can be or not no.1 or king or gods...

i just wish to play a good game n enjoy it wit frenz... n the game need to hav a good support...

not like the 1 i am playin... where u dun see the god damm support or GM like months...

n everyone msg or report somethin they dun even bother...

as for regretin if i spend so much money on it... on the game i am playin... well i choose not to regret...

i onli will stop supportin them wit $ thts all... n if i can get a refund i ll get a refund if i am unhappy...

other than tht... life is too short to regret... money is just money... there r much other bigger things

Hi, Glad u are asking questions before you okay. ^^^^^^^ This character is nothing but a lying GM.

He came to Empire Craft and told us of exciting things. We purchase Diamonds for Egg Event that Arthur told us we would have. We never had it.

Look at the message he displayed about Server amerger. All the exciting Events coming up. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ONE.

I have spent $$$$$ on this game with no support. Not a one of us are getting support

We all in EC sends email. no response.

HeyShell is a bunch of Con Artist with no support.

It's only a matter of time before someone here with enough brain power to coordinate a Class Action Lawsuit.

By rough estimation, about 30 servers x 5 Vip10-12 on each server. That translates to more than US$10millions
That's a lot at stake. Including our dear friend artur's job & Lamborghini.

If those Big VIPS dont stand up together, we should wonder whether their brain size is as big as their wallet.

Hammering empty eggs under the impression of getting c.wenji is already a good enough pretext for a Class Action Lawsuit.
Hongkong is no place for a scumbag company like this, hiding behind the internet

U guys big VIPs better save the reciepts of your RC, one day u all gonna get refund by Heyshell and Sir Artur.

Delete this, and Many more players will Speak UP the TRUTH.

meaning ppl r more united here...

in the game i am playin... altho we know the game company n the GM suck...

still some who spend n some will complain a lil... but hardly anyone pull together n

boycott the company from not spending at all...

i tried to stop spendin for 3 months there alrd... n some of the vip follow...

but i luv the spirit here... maybe everyone can keep on the same page...
