First, you need to up your trinket works to level 4 - buy the level 4 scroll.
Second, you will need to make super slotted , super lantern or above.
Lastly, you will need to polish your super slotted to make all 3 attributes to FULL.
Wa la, you will get your 4th special attribute from the super slotted.

Must be 3 FULL "same" attributes or can mix around?
