Dear players,
This week, Mother’s Day is coming, we would like to wish all mothers a happy day! At the same time, we have prepared a series wonderful weekend events for players. To meet many players’ demand, we are holding the C.Wenji event again, come and join us now!
Event 1. Wheel of Fortune --- Get C.Wenji
Wheel of Fortune is an event of chance. With fantastic prizes on offer, everyone’s a winner. And, it’s quick and easy to play. What’s more, you can get our special hero C.Wenji
Simply log into the game and click the Event button, find Wheel of Fortune. Then spend 50 gold to start the wheel before collecting your prize. Each time you play, you’ll see a selection of items, randomly chosen. Winning really couldn’t be easier!

Duration：May 9th 00:00 – May 11th 23:59
Servers：S1-S34
Details:
When you roll the Wheel of Fortune, your free, daily chance will be used first. Then, your gold will be used.
When the wheel as stopped, you will be shown the rewards. Here you must claim your reward before you will be allowed another roll. You will be given the following options:
· Free Chances – Roll the wheel for free. Note player will get 1 free chance at 00:00 every day.
· Start – Spend 50 gold to roll the wheel. Note that gold will be deducted once you click start button.
· Claim – claim the item you get. Note that claim do not charge for gold.
Note:
1. Free chances will be given to players at 00:00 every day.
2. Lv. 70 is required.
3. Gold will be deducted if you have no free chances.
4. Claim will not charge you for gold.
5. Claim all the rewards before the event ends.
Event 2.Best wishes for mothers- Carnations Drop Event
Duration: May 9th 00:00 – May 11th 23:59
Servers: S1 - S34
Details:
During this event, all the troops (including NPC and enemies) will drop a Carnation Defeat them and get their Carnations and hope you can be lucky.

Players will randomly get Carnations if they defeat an enemy in the World map. Carnations can be converted into Festival Chests in the “Events” icon. Open Festival Chests to get large amount of rewards.
The probability you can get a Magpie from the enemy: 70%
· Totally you need 700 Carnations for 150 Festival Chests.

You are supposed to get one of the rewards from the Festival Chests.

NOTE:
1. You have to defeat the last row troop of the enemy’s hero to get a Carnation.
2. Players need to claim the chests and chests will disappear after this event ends.
3. Claim all the chests before this event ends.

Hello!
The rewards in the post are wrong as they are different from the actual ones!
As you can see on the screenshot below, I got 5k iron but in your post above it doesnt say anything about 5k. Also I didnt get and 20k of iron (must be also wrong). Olease fix the rewards

Hi GM,
whats wrong with u hey shell, already using 10K gold but got nothing for "whell fortune" ..
this game really bloody suck u know, when gambling at real life we can still win..but in this game for win or get wenji really 1 : 10K times still cant get anything.
after update also more difficult to get a good lvl equipment..
if u still make us to difficult like this and just money oriented, personally i will resign from this game and this not also me that protest to u, but all my team.

I spin wheel and stopped in c,wenji but i cant imagine how it happen in 5 second moves again.
I see and i know in every event like this only vip player get c.wenji card and non vip 1% lucky get it so non vip enough only get gem lvl4/6,food,exp,advance order.

cotk playing we now hahaha,..look in we server who get c.wenji they spend more gold to get C.wenji and lantren.
This event only who have gold much and spend you momey to recharge.
Percentage get c.wenji and lantren for vip plyer and non plyer 80% and 1 % .
But this businnes from cotk what we can say we only can say what we feel in forum.

S16 was known as high vip clones, high vip spies, bot and many rich ppl. so, its easy to see many cwenji in S16. but anyway more cwnji more better to the game (quick death quick exp).

As long as you recharge gold to spin, your chance of getting cwj is much higher.
If you dont buy gold, sorry its a 0% chance to get cwj

Dear player, the probability for vips or non-vips remain the same in this event. Sometimes players can get the hero using their daily free chance. Thx for your understanding.

Yeah...i know it but one thing mr chen make different vip and no vip.
Vip have 80% luck woth gold getting spesial hero coz they can spin more time but no vip they only habe 3 time to spin wheel so they only habe 10% luck.ya some non vip get spesial hero but only 1 from 100 hehehe....
Forget it for what remember again Life goes on....still enjoy this game buddy and hope the best for this game

Now I understand why you talk about 80% to 1%. But it is a statistical event and on average, the more times you try, the better chance you can get what you want. The outcome comes to mathematical result as the trials and samples increase.

Trust me, you should only recharge only one time and try your luck. If you don't get what you want in the first recharge (of around $30), then you should not do any further recharge. Because the chance will be remain the same. There are many many players who do a lot of recharges of all different amounts, they still don't get what they want. If you are "selected" (by luck) to get that reward, you will win it in first few spin. There is no natural probability in such event. If it is natural probability, how can it usually or always land on lesser value items while the chance of each items on the wheel is the same 1/12 (=8.33%). Does this make sense to you, spenders and gm? There are tricks. It is just that we don't have good proof or evidence to show how this event trick play. I hope the developers of this game will not always take the profit as the most important goal, but the satisfaction of of players too. Everyone does business for profit, for money, but the forever successful businesses are business who takes their customers' satisfaction as priority goal. You see in this post, then you can see how your customers disappointed at your products. I believe there are more players who feel like them. Finally, i hope your people will have more responsible responses to your customers. It can't be just a few irresponsible words and then end up with "thank you for or appreciate your understanding". Why you want your customer understanding for you, while you don't understand your customers' needs? Please take this seriously. Please run your business in a professional way. This is a international business, not a local business. So, please, be professional.

Any form of "luck game" played in computers always have an algorithm such that the most wanted item is put at the lowest chance while those sucky item have a higher chance of triggering. Also they include some additional feature such as trick play like what u said which i think many have noticed : One example is whenever the indicator goes to c.wenji and then 0.5s later it goes to food. This trick is by programming such like 90% of happening and 10% of not so u get wenji.

after discussing with my team,the spin cost was too cheap and the probability rate were too high (85%) i become bored collecting many special heroes
