For dragon suit, you need 4 star troop equipment (as shown on picture) on all 6 slots.

Hello,

2.4 Dragon Suit: Attack+255, Defense+75, Troops+360

Ultimate Attributes: Attack+525, Defense+165, Troops+1080( The basic attributes are included)

I have already made a Dragon Suit. How do I make "Ultimate Attributes: Attack+525, Defense+165, Troops+1080( The basic attributes are included)" . See below...

Dragon suit scroll requires 60 pieces gathered from crusade. System
will automatically assemble the pieces into a scroll. To use the scroll you need all of the correct hidden equip unlocked as told in the scroll details. Once you have all you will need to combine the equip with scroll
to unlock dragon suit. Good Luck!
