My slotted have no special skill even though 3 attributes are full. Can GM help? Thanks

Your trinket work need to be Lv.4 for special skill (4th slot).

Blue, I tot lvl3 work is for lantern. So lvl2 work shld work with slotted. N the special skill shld appear if all attributes are full

Well, you been updated with actual requirement for special skill on trinket.

Lv.4 trinket work + all 3 slot full = special skill requirement

Bluefire is right. When your workshop is higher Lv.4, super trinket with full attributes gets special skill.
