Can super jade have the special skill unlock when full atrribute and with L4 work at trinket?

Super Jade don't have any special skill, max is 2 slot. Trinket work Lv.4 is for Slotted/Lantern special skill. While for Hersbit's special skill slot, you need trinket work Lv.5
