Dear Heyshell,,Please help,Someone had changed the account password my friendsNow they can't play and req my help to write for this forumWhether there is a leak on the server HeyshellPlease check why it happened

Many acct password been changed last few days on all servers and these gm maybe responsible. They want ppl start again and spend more money before they close down.

My friend vip8 also hacked . his pass be changed someone. If no solution from gm lets retire all

Suwandi create thread because he finds that his fellow wei s1 cant login and his id got changed the password. From my observations in forum, its not only happen in s1 but other server too just recently. Suwandi is just merely ask, is GM changed the players password? Or is hackers can compromise the security of our account here? GM still yet to response.

Some might shared his id, but only to a trusted friend that have mutual respect of never changing the password of the id shared to him. Let me say this again, trusted friend.

From logical point of view, what good is changing the password by the trusted friend? Is it so can have the id and play it by himself? But the id is not there playing. Is it for trying to get money of selling that id? Even sima id is offer a $1 in here

So, who can change password?
GM surely can because he is the administrator.
Hackers can too, if the system can be compromised.
And what worst is, someone can pay hackers to do something just like that, only for endorsing to certain issue, such as preventing clone or sharing id.

Forgive me, i watch too much conspiracy theory movie.

So, if any response from GM about this case, please update here bro.

To meet the requirement of players from the servers suffering from serious clone problem, we have optimized our anti-clone system to check and clear clones automatically and more frequently.
If you have only id SHU in COTK, then you need not to worry about it. And we really appreciate your respect to other players and fair game.
If you have SHU multiple accounts created due to server merger, you will not be influenced by this system. But you are advised to keep logging in the one you prefer.
If you have created multiple ids out of curiosity (whether in different servers or not), you had better leave those ids aside to avoid being taken as clone and banned except SHU
If you insist on taking risks and creating multiple ids, then you will be disconnected from server and receive the notification of ‘Incorrect Password’ except SHU
For those SHU playerwho make sure you play fairly and legally, please contact us if your account get hacked.
In short, please do not worry about the safety of your account or your payment record. This is the operation process of our anti WEI n WU system.
