Even failed rc take a week for them to investigate.

Just changed 1 star to their reviews. This game not worth it to play long term.

Many rich people spent on this game.
Low vip and free users is nothing in here.

He fixed already, but im very unsatisfied with this error. Because he said my brother got banned cause of he create new id at other server. But my brother create that id accidentally, level 1 never played anymore. Fortunately he fixed it fast.

Well, it might be your clone acc actually cause your brother would try to resolve his issue on his own and he would write here himself instead of you doing it for him. So I have a feeling that it was right to ban that acc.

Level 1 even cant play at world, how can it being a clones? My brother english is not good, so do this for him. We are playing at s39, no need create id at s45, i said it created accidentally, n level 1 only. U read it carefully before u judge, dumbhead.

It is not a clone that is why we unfreeze it. Hope more players could follow the rules and create a good game environment for all.
