Blade mail : Rebounds to enemies skill and cause 80% rebound damages of tactic collisions

Everybody know what is rebound to enemies skill,
But anyone can explain what is "cause 80% rebound damages of tactic collisions" ???

According to this reply below seems like we can wait another 5yrs to awake ZFei or ZJiao which seems better

We checked awakened G. Jia, when the row in battle clashes, 80% collision damage on Awakened G. Jia will be rebound to enemy. It shows BladeMail in red.

Is it like rebound enemy's skill attack and also rebound 80% of enemy's harm?
