How is possible that happens?
I play this game as a vip 11 and I think I deserve a explanation in that case Mr Gm of heyshell... If you cant keep your game save for us is better we stop make any recharge in your game....
I demand action against this player
I remember you we have a international consumer law what we can activat if necessary.
I have send all details for your page in face book...

Jeez, so many complaints from you...he probably climbed to rank 12, hit you at rank 7 and while doing that, someone else at rank 15 hit him and won so when you got your notification, he was already at rank 15..simples....

OK if he is rank 12 how I can go for rank 15.... And yes I have rights to complain....

This is call Chain Effect.
For Example A is Rank 7, B is is Rank 12 and C is Rank 15.
C hit B and B hit A. C win over B and finish first, so C become rank 12 and B become rank 15. then B win over A so B become Rank 7 and A become rank 15.
That's How A become Rank 15.
This always happen near Arena reset time.
