Wu S3 is close to country level 9 but we still have not heard about country level 9 for very long long time. Please make some announcement about level 9 country as soon as you can.

Chinese server still up to country lvl 8 & about 2 updates earlier than English. Somemore open up to 112 servers alrdy.

So can wait till next year to see country lvl 9.
