Title: Recharged 4 times only get gold 3 times [Print this page] Author: BondBeolve Time: 2016-3-14 07:47 Title: Recharged 4 times only get gold 3 times Hi, I want to report a bug, on 12th March 2016, I recharged 4 x between 4 PM - 5 PM Singapore Time, however I only get 3 x added to my account.
Please help me on this and how do I claim my gold that have not been added to my account.
I have the credit card transaction proof for this.
