Title: Fix server 53
After server maintenance, the only event we had is insurrection 3 times in a row already. Now the middle is totally inaccessible and no one can clear it. Please fix it.

The event is random. You will be able to clear them..

How is it random when, after every server maintenance, there are 3 insurrections?
