Title: City Seige
I was wondering why Wei always have the advantage to be able to OD the city for the city seige events. once the City Attackers come out the Wei attackers are always the first ones to show up, and if its a Wei city thats defending Shu will show up on top always and WU is the bottom 5 who get immediately dualed so WU is always at a disadvantage to be able to OD the city seige events. Maybe the order should be random or change up once in a while so WU won't always be the bottom 5 who get auto dualled immediately.

As far as I understand, it is depending on area. Let's say Shu have to def in area like Anyi, Wei attackers will occur first. It is not random or something. It appears in orderly in certain area.

Shu def: Wei 1st, Wu 2nd
Wu def: Wei 1st again, Shu 2nd
Wei def: Shu 1st, Wu 2nd
U see, Wei always 1st and Wu always 2nd. Never change for whatever reasons
