GM, any reason why the skill block rate icon for Patron is not shown in battle page? Or its just mine not showing? Thank you for your attention.

Skill Block Rate is it the same with attribute Block in equipment, only to reduce damage caused by skill attack?

I think skill block rate is the attribute that enhance our chance by certain percentage to block opponents' skill
