idea behind this is that a rank gives some shadows to use.

King - 1 shadow every hour
Rank 1 - 1 shadow every 2hr
Rank 2 - 1 shadow every 3hr
Rank 3 - 1 shadow every 4 hr
Rank 4 - 1 shadow every 8hr
