My question is - is the skill you get after all full slots of trinkets really random as is stated in the Trinket works guide ? Bcs in my case I always (3 times) obtained only Govern (skill block rate +12%). Have you ever get something different than Govern after get all slots on full ? it seems its Govern by default. You need to transform to get the better ones. At least that's what my experience has been in my server.
