Hello jody, I have consulted the staffs about your recharge problem. You recharged in March once and then you applied for refund. Owing to this, you had a bad record in consuming, thus our system pull you into the blacklists. For this reason, your have problem in recharging recently. Hope you understand. You can apply for refund now, or could you please explain the reason why you applied for refund last time? We can come to an understanding and then you can recharge normally again.

Did I applied refund in March..? as I remember, I never applied for refund... I might accidentally press the wrong button.. but to be honest I never applied and received any refund...

This is my purchase history, and there wasnt any problem until end of May..

I love playing COTK, therefore I recharge till now I am vip 7... so please solve my recharge problems...
