im already topup to vip5 and more than 5k gold
but cant get that zhen ji

Did you recharge before the event ended?

If yes, check your inventory if there is Zhen Ji card

i cant claim it..
my rc still 0 at that event

i do rc from the start
and heyshell said i must do rc again for got that zhenji
