Hi,
I have same problem. One of the General cannot recruit troops.

Country: Singapore
Server: S14
IGN: OstumHarla
Playing on: iPhone 5S
IOS: 7.1.1

Game version - 6.0.0

Yeah i got start to get this same problem to one of my hero.

For example:

Hero 1 : xxxx.......... idle
Hero 2 : xxxxxxxxxxx idle
Hero 3 : xxxxxxxxxxx idle
Hero 4 : xxxx.......... recruit

So, I can use recruit Hero 4 but not on Hero 1.

I have to wait "invisible" for Hero 1 to charge fully.

During this wait, I cannot do Trial Tower as all Heros has to be fully ready.

So, it is very frustrating,................ PLEASE HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!

Athur, there's no "Recruit" button.. pls help, attached screen shot. thx

server 20. Wei Hardmont. After my food run out but I have enough food now.
My generals can't recruit too. Please fix.
