Title: Imbalance server problem
Dear GM,
Please check s66& s67, u may see that before merger the country already imbalanced, and even worst after s66 merged with s67. I suggest to merge s66 with s63 to make d game balance again. It is no fun if d game is 1sided.

Thanks for your consideration, make d game more fun not stressful for d player
