After download the app from iphone I can't log in it says download not complete try again later. Wtf is this?

Just now complete download already then when I try go into the game it keep on saying try again

iphone. server 1. another thing when i go log in from comp it cant load. sometime manage to get into the game but very laggy

could u take a screenshot for the notice for help us identify the problem.

i just try again now can already. thx. but i notice loading time takes longer now. and abit of lag in the game
