Dear GM,
Recently S41 has become a very unstable server. One country have more than half of its players left, while othrs have reactivated retired ID to suppress the other under one command.
This resulting in a very unbalanced server.
Please look into this server, and to do a merge with other server that have a more active players to balance it out.
