Hi ace I can help sort of. fb accts are a pain.

At the top of this screen it should say your username, it should also say settings. Click that and then on the left side of screen there should be sub menus.  One should say privacy, click that next.  And then in middle of screen a tab for email should be there. Click that, register an email with your cotk account and you'll be able to login using email address e.g johndoe@gmail.com as username and your cotk password
