Bug Fixings & Improvement

1.      Fix the bug that a player canget all the killing chest for the day without that much killings

2.      Fix the bug that new comers cannot finish the mission “Claim”.

After the maintenance, everyone above lv 30 will receive a gift (200K FOOD & 10 RECRUIT ORDER)
