New COTK Regulation on Clones

GM,

I want to report that server 31 also have many clones operated by one person.   His IGN is Kiffy, from shu.    He is using a computer to login up to 10 user id.  these ID belongs to people who have left the game and he used it to play in event like Tourney,  country event in city he will used the clones to shadows so that shu can win.  He also use the clones to block players from moving.  he used the clones just to disturb other players.

GM,
for this new regulation, you have all the support from WU ..server 31!!   
Players should only lock in to one id at a time for one server.  If they are using 2 ID they have to be for different server.   This will be fair for all players.   Those using clones, they do not spend money on the clones but use them only for tourney just to win for their country which is unfair to other players.  Some just auto off on purpose in fighting.

GM,  you said you will ban those clones but they are still in server 31 shu has a lot of clones.  Nothing was done so far.  why?
