COTK Server Merger S25&S28 on May 21st

Hi,I'm from shu 28,I'm just a newbie buy I wanna say something.base on my play at s28,I can see that shu 28 has atleast 6 guo jia..but the most it player still dont have zhou tai.even me dont have zhou tai yet..I only have x.h.dun xu chu t.s.ci & h.zhong....but player at wu & wei mostly have zhou tai & dian wei.wu & wei dont have team work...like last night...only hakilcash come strike shu.but the other wu maybe offline.my conclusion is s28 is a balance server.
