My last post are for 2 problems...see previous post. 1st about unsuccess recharge after new version (update) and 2nd about not receiving 50%refund gold....

I have same problem too...twice with 1st=20gold and 2nd=660gold....my payment already confirmed by google play and already deducted my cc balance...I recharge during event 50%refund gold but never receive it. My account nearly VIP 8...please do something and give me prompt respond and reply. Thank you.

I recharged it on Id joshghost on S2 at 13 march time 12.53 am gold 660 but still dint get the gold

I bought some points from Heyshell.com web, at the right corner "shop" button, the spesific amout are 5 dollars from the Paypal
I had 10.2 points on my account, but when I log in into S3, i click mall, then I click convert 2 points = 20 golds, the game said that "You dont have enough platform currency".

What I supposed to do? I just wanted to make some gold here.

I had spended my money into this game for more than $ 500, But what did i got ?... Very unfair with the rule of the game... I did supported you game with being VIP 6 to keep this game alive, But in return the game are not love me enough with their rule for not making diffrent from other free player and the VIP one... Remember, who keep your bussiness still alive till today... The free player ?... Or Us...

Recharged with itunes, but didnt received my gold for 3 days till now. When want to recharge a pop up have shown up and it say thay i have purchased it but hasnt been downloaded. Try to login again but still none gold has been added. Got a screen shot with it..
