Cant login on android, download error. Try reinstall but the problem occur when i log off and cant login again.

I'm Zhengwuji but using login from FB
I'm still can't access the acc guest_9597shxyf
And i have send a couple of email to customer service email soul@corp.heyshell.com with email nahusuly10@gmail.com but they has't replied.
the reason why my account gone cos i forgot to confirm password in email.
so can you help me to get back my account
