Chaos during update

Dear Admin

A lot of players can't connect to the game or having error in their screen during the last two days due to the update. And yet, many people complains through facebook or through this web, but you didn't give a proper explanation for what's going on.

I never experience before when a game developer is updating the apps and caused chaos and confusion for can't loging in the game. This is a very good game, but many people has decided to leave as this game wasn't managed properly. You don't want your customers (especially gold player) to leave, aren't you?

So please:
1. When you're planning to do the update, please have a trial first on a dummy server to analyze and evaluate the result before you run it on the real server. It can create other confusion like yesterday.
2. Please give a proper explanation or announcement on what's going on, or at least you can announce that you are still investigating the root cause or whatever, so all the player can understand and patient to wait for it. Otherwise, people will think that you'll ignore all their complains and they will leave this game forever for good.
