Dear, could you please tell me more details. How many times did you decorate until yesterday? Each player can only decorate tree once. After decorate tree for 3 times and till next day, Claim button will light up and then you can claim the rewards.

Nothing on claim button..the button is black out

Dear player, after you decorate tree for 3 times, and next day, Claim button will become blue, and then clcik it to get gift code.

i know the rules, tried to decorate but every time i refresh i have to decorate again, i tried 5 times and i gave up. try today and it went well but i miss my claim TT
