Is there a Japanese COTK server? Or we'll face another character like Akechi Mitsuhide & Date Masamune from the Sengoku period?

dear GM.
It seems quite obvious now that there are different servers for different regions of the world. This in particular has caused some major confusion when someone from other regions try to logged into the game during traveling time to other region, and found themselves landed hard on foreign place with foreign language being loudly spoken over the game chat.
With that in mind, can we have a simple demarcation or basic rules of courtesy to at least speak the proper language when having a chat during the game in the country chat, that everyone could understand.
E.g: having strictly english conversation in the country chat for international servers, and local language conversation only in specific regional servers such as Japan Server or China Server, etc?
This would be also a good thing to be implemented under the personal preference where player can choose to enter different mode of chat, whether english or chinese or japanese or any other language as their most comfortable language to use. It surely will helps non-English speaker to find their own community and vice versa. Leading us all into one big happy COTK players around the world.
