Dear GM

I want to ask a question please answer it...
Is it possible to completely reset an ID (account)..?
I mean, if someone want to retired but he/she doesnt want to sell his/her ID, is there a way to totally reset the ID so that ID is gone..?

PS : sorry about my bad English
