Halsey

        Each fleet has three skills: Normal Skills, Active Skills, and Flagship Skills.
Each fleet has its own skills. Some skills can deal a great damage to a single enemy, and some skills can hurt a group of enemies. Click Formation and from the interface of Formation can you see the detailed skills of each fleet.
