S.45 heavy Shu favor.  I just spoke to s.45 Wu! As for the arena only 1 Wu top 10 rest are Wei and Shu. With additional of s.50 heavy Shu population you are looking at 700 to 800 Slaves dispatched by Shu only. Why not merger s.26 (s.50 Shu?)

i suggest to merge s45 n s50...Wu s45 is less people n wei s50 are same problem...so have to balance this 2 country 1st.
