I joined server 17 Shu and i am lordnelson. I bought first double recharge of 3200 gold and am now VIP lvl 4. I didnt receive my shadow, exp book or recruit order bonus and as such was unable to get the full bounty reward.

Thankyou for the packages. I still did not receive the shadows or exp books? If I had got these packages as I was supposed to earlier I could have used the recruit orders to get my bounty rewards and got the extra good award. I had fully expected to achieve this. With the extra gold I would have used the wheel to rry for zhen ji hero and iron. Can you offer me any compensation please?
