unable log n to my id

Hi GM please help.
I already 1 days ++ can't log in.
This happen after i drop my handphone & battery seperate from device.
I from S6 , games using nickname is Liew.
Before i using liew888 asked for help & u teach me clear cache & restart device.
But still cannot.Can u help me!
