Why until now, i still cant see his top up point? Solve this problem.

The 100 USD have charge in my credit card this month and the bill have been received by me

I have email u maybe 5 times and it has alrady the six days and you only answer please be patient?

We only want trust from transaction, if there is bug then put announcement for not rechargejng from
Paypal, it will not take ur one hour to put announcement.

Dear brothers...i have same problem...
But i know why...
Because on the past...that id was once buy through paypal and refunded by the paypal account holder...
There's paypal account hacker who try give us cheap gold using their service...
For example...
Im buy 200point through paypal using hacker service...
Yeahhh looks good for the first time...for 100usd im just pay for 50 or 60 usd...
But after that...im want recharge again using my own paypal...
Done...100 usd for 200point show on my paypal transaction history..
But never show on my heyshell account...because blacklist...
Gm will open the blacklist if u payback the points u'v buy before...
