Stuck in the loading screen

I am able to log into the game on my mobile devices, but not on my computer. I am logged into the heyshell website, but when I try to access server 11, I am just stuck on the loading screen. The black screen where there is an icon of a mounted rider running.
Is this related to my computer or with my connection?

try to clear cache.. already asked that question... and admin replied with the things i already did
