Recharge price differences

I’ve found that if you recharge through google play you save $50 when you buy 2.3k gold.
Why do you pay $160 for 2.3k gold on Apple while you only have to pay $110 on google play.
What’s the difference between both?

Now i'm unable to recharge through google play lol. Why is apple the highest out of all the recharge sites? I've asked apple and they said they have nothing to do with in game prices.
