Should the time and target of barbarian quest be cut to half? For example, if the target is to kill 35M barbarians in 4 hours, then make it to 17.5M in 2 hours.

Good idea but it should be up to the emperor when they launch it to choose 2 hours or 4 hours depending on his people. With the same challenge and rewards, just matched to the time chosen.

Good idea to cut the target into half! Lvl 5 upgrade is crazy... Killing 300 mill barbs in 4 hrs... How bout lvl 6 later? 500 mill barbs in 4 hrs!? Yikes....
